The Platinum range - power swaging machine model: CMZ 56 and CMZ 80

1.5mm and 2mm capacity machines

The model CMZ 56 is a 1.5mm capacity and CMZ 80 a 2mm machine., These power machines have been designed for workshop use due to their robust construction. The extra large base plate makes it easier to set up the machine as there are no additional fixtures necessary.

These models are driven by an internal three phase asynchronous motor via V-belts and worm gear running in an oil bath. The safety control with emergency stop switch and  selector switch for joggling/continuous operation and speed adjustment are mounted on the side of the machine housing. The wheels are adjusted by shifting and swivelling the complete bearings of the top shafts. The large sized stop plate is equipped with a hardened pre screwed plate and all bearings are maintenance free.  The working speed is controlled electronically.  The desired speed for the respective operation is preselected via a rotary potentiometer.  Full torque with a working speed of 2 - 25m/min (SMA 56) is guaranteed.
