5 Station Pittsburgh rollforming machine

UK Manufactured Pittsburgh 5 Station machine Cap: 0.5 - 1.0mm ms

In addition to the 7 station Pittsburgh machine above we have the Pittsburgh machine in a 5 station format, the pittsburgh rolls are fitted as standard to one side of the 5 stage machine with the option to fit 1 of 3 CNC machined roll sets to the outboard extension shafts. The Pittsburgh tooling has a pocket size of 8.5mm and uses 22mm to form the seam in material gauges from 0.5 to 1.0mm.

A Flanging attachment can also be added to the top of the machine giving the ability to form a 10mm flange on internal and external curved edges.
